There are events that don’t “take” your day — they give it back to you. Tepe Jambore is exactly that: a run that doesn’t behave like a typical race, but like a city celebration. On June 13, 2026, Plovdiv laces up again — through the centre and across the hills, with music, dancing, and cultural stops along the way.

It’s not only for the “fast” ones

The best part? You won’t hear “Come on, go, time!” here. The idea is to follow the route at your own pace — run a little, pause, laugh, soak in the atmosphere, and be part of the vibe. The organisers describe it as a sports-and-culture marathon/festival, open to people of all ages and fitness levels.

Where and when the magic happens

Meet at Bunardzhik Park, in front of the Summer Theatre. The start time listed in the registration is 19:30 — perfect for a summer evening in Plovdiv (and for those golden sunset shots).

You choose a “mood,” not just kilometres

Running with a cause (and you can feel it)

Tepe Jambore is also about togetherness: the event partners with the “Ela i Ti” Foundation, and along the route teams help people with disabilities experience the hills using special wheelchairs — the kind of moment that makes you go quiet for a second… and then gives you even more reason to be there.

Not running? You’re still part of it

There will be a dedicated start–finish zone with a great atmosphere and surprises for friends, families, and supporters too. In other words — you can come just to enjoy the evening and be part of it.

How to register (and how much it costs)

Registration is via the official platform, and the early-bird prices (until March 31, 2026) are:
